Free Shipping

Free shipping offer applies to most orders totaling 99 USD or more.  Certain exceptions apply to heavy or bulky items, or shipping costs above 20 USD.  Customer is responsible for shipping costs in such situations.  The lowest priced shipping option will be used.

Free shipping is only available in the continental United States.  It does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and all other territories.  Armed Forces Europe/Pacific/Americas do qualify.

Free shipping does not include any insurance or package guarantees.  You may get your package in a few days or it may take a few weeks.

Domestic Shipping

USPS is the primary shipping partner of Defiance RC.  If you require other shipping providers, please contact us.  

We will not ship to hotels, mail/freight forwarding companies and other transient locations.  Please provide a permanent street address.

We will ship to PO Boxes on a case by case basis.  All decisions are final.

Orders with out of stock or pre-order items will be held until the complete order is ready to ship.  If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, please make separate orders.  

Most orders ship same day, if placed prior to 2:00pm Central Standard Time.

All orders will be shipped to address entered during checkout.  Defiance RC will not be liable if customer enters incorrect shipping address.  No changes can be made to shipping address once order has been finalized and paid for.  If you need to change a shipping address after finalizing order, please contact us to cancel order and place another order.

Typical delivery time for USPS is as follows:

First Class Parcel - 3 to 4 days
Priority - 2 to 3 days
Express - 1 to 2 days

Neither courier nor Defiance RC can guarantee delivery times.

International Shipments

Defiance RC ships to all parts of the world through USPS.  Tracking is often unreliable as packages can be delayed due to customs or during hand off from USPS to the local postal service.  Delivery time is also not reliable.  Typically, a package can take anywhere from 10 days to over a month to arrive.  Packages have taken up to 3 months to arrive, depending on location.  Please be prepared to wait.  We will not be liable for packages lost during shipment using USPS.  If this is not acceptable, please contact us for a more reliable service, such as Fed Ex, UPS, or DHL.

Customer is responsible for all brokerage, customs, or tariffs/taxes from their government or the shipping company.  All seized packages will be the responsibility of customer.  No refunds will be given in such situations.  

Orders with returned or refused packages will be refunded minus shipping and all tax/duties paid by Defiance RC.

Returns

All orders can be returned for a full refund during initial 30 days, starting from the date the product(s) was delivered to the customer.  All items must be in original, unopened condition for "no fuss" refund.  Refund will be for cost of items only, shipping will not be refunded.  After 30 days, items can be returned in original, unopened condition for store credit only.

If the product(s) received has been opened, used or damaged, no return options will be offered. If the item is in brand new condition but requires to be repackaged a (25%) restocking fee will be applied.

Manufacturer's warranties cover items only.  Defiance RC cannot be held liable for damages resulting from misuse, crashes, incorrect usage, or any other user error.  Customer is responsible for shipping defective item back to us.  Shipping label/cost will be provided if item is determined to be defective during email support.  We will supply replacement after defective item has been received.  For international orders, customer is responsible always for cost of return shipping.

Often times, it is better to contact manufacturer for support as we may not be able to service your needs as well as the people who makes the product.  Many manufacturers have local repair centers or faster replacement options than we do.  However, we will always gladly provide help when requested.
